Yesterday I bought his tea that he formulates for my muscle cramps that I get in my feet every evening after dinner when I sit down to finally relax. I drank my first cup (double cup) to try and stave off those cramps. The tea was good tasting. I had two spasms in my feet but no cramps, and was not woke up during the night with cramps in my legs. Wow! I like his tea. I bought a tea for my daughters' migraines, but has not been tried yet.
