I really liked the fact that they took their time to explain from their experience, how children adapt and what works. Did exactly as they told me and my baby in a matter of 2 weeks, enjoyed going to day care and always talked about his teachers and friends. Now I drop him off with ease and I know that my baby is well taken care of. I would def. recommended this day care to anyone looking for child care. If you have doubts about day care, you might want to look into their day care. I know they usually have a waiting list, but its worth the wait. Thank you everyone at Head Start!

They took all the precautions necessary to minimize COVID 19 transmission which I really liked. (they were all wearing masks, gloves, they didn't allow parents to fully come in to the day care, they met us by the curb). Most importantly my child looks forward going to day care everyday, I love the fact that they do activities with the kids like letter of the week, coloring, painting, etc. The staff is super friendly and professional. I'm getting reimbursed for day care fees by the City and I asked them for invoices and they were prompt to give them to me.
