The actual salon is lovely with alot of gold accessories including some amazing gold chairs which is what drew me into the salon in the first place when it opened. They seem to have thought about lots of little details which make a visit to the hairdressers special, I even got Oreo's and praline seashells with my cup of tea not the usual tasteless biscuit in a plastic wrapper that I've had in other salons. So overall good hair, lovely decor, fab service. I reckon it's one of Leicester's hidden gems so go and try it out before they get too busy.

After looking on the internet for a mobile hairdresser, yes it was that bad a disaster I did not want to leave the house!! I found Carla! I text over some pics after speaking to her and she fiited me in a few days later to 'fix' me. We were talking like we'd known each other for years, she is lovely. Four hours later (I do have really long hair), I was fixed. Absolutely love what she has done to the point she left 15mins ago and I am writing this. I am very precious about my hair, but had no worries, I was in good hands and have now got myself a fab hairdresser, she is amazing! If in doubt, dont be, I have been from blue rinse salons to top dollar salons in Manchester where I used to live and Carla beats them all hands down. AMAZING AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rachel

It started off badly when I arrived only to be told that my appointment had been the day before although I work on a Friday so would never have made an appintment for that day. Seeing as the place had no customers The sylist said that she would fit me in although I wish she hadn't bothered. . When I left the salon I had hair dye staining down to my jaw line where they hadn't cleaned it off. I had asked for a trim and a new sweepy fringe put in. The sylist gave me layers throughout which were too long and so made my hair stick up at the ends. She also cut my hair short at the sides when I had specifically said I didn't want any length there taken off. To make matters worse the sweepy fringe I asked for was just her cutting my fringe to the length of below my nose and then pushing it over to the side of my head so it constantly kept falling into my eyes even when I wasn't moving. I left the salon very upset which she had obviously realised seeing as she couldn't get me out of there fast enough and didn't say goodbye. I had to go to a friend who's also a hairdresser to ask her to try and make my hair more presentable. She was horrified that someone who called there selves a hair dresser could charge someone for that terrible service. My rating is zero.
