My particular bike needed a manual cam chain tensioner fitted for piece of mind (which is a PITA job, BTW) and a Power Commander V fitted to make up for a full Ti exhaust. Additionally I threw him a curve ball by dropping off plugs and asking for a valve adjust mid week and he still got it out early and for the agreed upon price with no surprises or gotchas. An absolute 10 as far as service goes and he'll be seeing more of my "fleet" as need and occasion arise.

(Issues like her hands getting tingley after a short ride) After they took the time to see how she rides, they gave a few suggestions.
