I'm a 37 year resident of Wildomar, and yes-we've had changes and challenges. But the refuse…read moreservice lately from CR&R has been incredibly disappointing. Today is Friday, and I am calling for the FOURTH TIME to have my trash picked up since the slated pick up date of last MONDAY. When I called yesterday for the third time, I was flat out lied to as I was told that the driver came by but could not find the bin. He must be Stevie Wonder-it's been sitting in the same spot since Sunday night. If he didn't see it, he could of got out of the truck and asked us. This has been happening with increasing frequency over the past few years. Routes change. Drivers change, and the connection is lost. I sincerely hope our city leaders decide to read these reviews prior to renewing any contracts for future service with CR&R. There has to be a better alternative.
