They did not deliver dumpster due to cars in driveway and did not attempt to knock on door. Called later in day for status and was told about earlier attempt and that we would be charged $195 for undeliverable attempt. Jamie stated that drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles to knock on door and this charge was clearly stated in contract. She would not allow us to talk to anyone else stating that she was "highest customer service" rep there and basically just said that's their policy so they scammed us for $195. Called another dumpster company who stated that Budget Dumpster is just a third party business that actually calls other dumpster businesses to get dumpsters and that being told that drivers cannot get out of their vehicles is incorrect. We had to explain ourselves 5 different times that there was no way our dumpster was that much overweight. Only one service agreed to come to my home, which they did. But, they would not take anything that was not sealed completely. I can't understand why places advertise free pick-up then refuse for any of a number of petty reasons. My experience using Yelp is negative.
