He communicated when he was coming and arrived during that window. He installed my TV quickly and it looks great. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher. The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure...
