Also there were parts missing off my rzr for some reason. Waiting to hear from the states attorneys office and the BBB to see what my options are. also Will be calling Polaris to file a complaint with them As well.

They have a monopoly because there is no other place in Quincy (at least that I know of) that works on bikes. Thus, you're sort of forced to go here. If there were other options, i'd definitely go elsewhere. -For one, the prices are off the charts for the service you get. -You can have two parts being worked on in the same area of the bike and you'll get the same labor charge doubled. (i.e. Change a flat in your rear wheel and tighten your chain. You'd get charged the same amount of labor for both!) -You'll get charged for work not done. (Which can be very hard to prove if it's something like "an oil change."). The reason I say this is that I had some work done but the bolt was stripped. Thus you had to remove the bolt to get the cover off. They say they changed the fluids but the bolt wasn't removed. Not sure how that was done. Then they say they removed the stripped bolt, changed the fluid, and put the STRIPPED BOLT BACK IN! Seriously? Then when I bring the bike back, takes 10-15 minutes for the guy to actually remove the bolt (you hear lots of hammering). If they took it out and put it back in, wouldn't it be pretty easy to remove again? Why all the hammering? Why would they put the stripped bolt back in unless they are trying to force me to come here every time I need a brake flush. Even though the original request was to remove the stripped bolt in the first place. - They don't appear too knowledgeable about fixing bikes. For the prices they charge, everyone should be a pro. Shouldn't take 3 guys to tinker with a brake light to figure out why it's not coming on. - Lack of courtesy calls. If they are over a week late in delivering something, it would be nice to have been called and notified that they are late. Instead, they rely on you calling them There are a few other items but i'm at work and people can read the other reviews. Very disappointed in the place and looks like i'll be renting a trailer to bring my bikes elsewhere unless there are some obvious improvements to the place.

He was very knowledgeable on the parts and did a thorough job describing everything as part of the free inspection and quote. The higher end tuning service was a bit on the pricer side but it took care a lot of the major maintenance items so I think it was worth it. It took about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive and for the service to be completed. Bike was operating like new when I got it back.

Landry's of Braintree is a Specialized dealer and has given me a slow run-around about getting Specialized to honor their warrantee. The control wire attached to the handlebars broke and it's been weeks since I have heard from Ian or Mike the manager about fixing it. We're talking about a $7,000 bike here and a very small fix. I'd would suggest another dealer like The Bike Barn in Whitman to service your ebike.

I took a basic welding class to make a barn star at the Garrison Speed Shop in Mendon,…read moreMassachusetts. I have never welded before or used some of the tools and equipment required. The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

Visited this place in October with a coworker we both bought Segway scooters for our commute to…read morework. My coworker took his right on the spot. Mine wasn't ready. I was told to come back tomorrow. I tried calling the next day, but nobody answered the phone so I showed up they didn't remember me. I told him I had purchased a scooter yesterday with my coworker, and then they went to look for it and they said it still wasn't ready and they needed to charge it . I came back the following day called again. No answer showed up didn't know who I was again reminded him an went to get my scooter ready for me to take one problem, though there was no charger with the brand new scooter. He could not find it. So he gave me a charger from behind the counter fast forward to today, May 5, 2026. I tried calling again no answer so I drove in. Doors were locked. Lights are on went to the front and back entrance. No sign of anyone one last check I see the guy who sold me the scooter in the window. I motion to him to come over. He comes over. he lets me in. I tell him about my scooter, he tells me to bring it in. I told him the back brake is no longer working, and my rear tire was making a grinding noise. He told me I could leave it to fill out my information before leaving. I asked him when he thought somebody would be able to take a look at it and he told me about a month. He stated the technician wasn't in today and that they had a backlog of scooters that needed to be repaired, which he pointed to in the corner and then told me there was multiple down in the basement of the same model. I told him that wasn't an option for me to wait over a month and that the scooter is still under warranty for another five months he tried to refer me to a scooter shop in Cambridge, which I live nowhere near and not paying for something that was under warranty. I then asked him what to do and he told me to call Segway the scooter company. And then again referred me to the scooter shop in Cambridge, which I had to reiterate that was not an option and I am not paying for something that is still under warranty. I asked him for Segway's number which he told me he did not have and to "Google it". My only dealings with this place twice have not been good and not the best customer service to say the least. Scooters were $1100 with tax and are under warranty for another five months and they are telling me I have to wait over a month to even get it looked at. Unacceptable!

Unmaintained bikes and slow service…read more It took 45 min to pick up 2 bikes and a trailer. The person helping us forgot to give us the second bike. Then, their bikes are unmaintained. The first bike had a broken gear shifter. The second bike they served us had a broken seat, to which they replaced the seat with a seat that had the cover cracked. Finally the trailer had a flat tire which we didn't discover until after we bikes a few miles. The guy also "cleaned" the trailer with a leaf blower. Kind of genius but not really the clean we were looking for. Also note the sign says "Martha's Vineyard bikes" so you may miss it if looking for Pedago

Because of the misunderstanding they offered us a 50% discount for the future, which we were excited to use. We planned another trip up and when I called, Steve advised me to book the reservation and he'd apply the discount afterwards. We rented 2 e-bikes for $200, and had a nice day riding around the north shore. At the time we picked them up, Steve mentioned that he owed us the discount. We dropped them off at the end of the day and everything seemed good. Unfortunately it was never applied I've heard zilch from Steve since then. I've emailed multiple times about it and gotten no response. At this point it's been a month. Presumably since we've paid he just doesn't care? In the end, we had been willing to pay full price the first time around, but it's really disappointing to get a bait-and-switch like this.
