The optometrist was clearly having a bad day and would have to rate as one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met in my life. She was super mechanical and mean! Previously, when I was HCF and used their centres I never had this experience and never in my life have I had to leave a service half way through because that practitioner is sooooooo nasty!! Nothing we did could fix them, so I went to The Eye Piece for help. The team here were incredibly nice and helpful and had them fixed and cleaned like new in about 10 minutes! Super fair pricing, too! George Skoufis is the only optometrist that has sourced and found both sunglasses and specs that I can wear in public and look cool. I can't and won't go anywhere else. They are probably not the cheapest in town but the help I am given to find just the right frames makes it more than worth it. I now let Riad suggest (rather than me wandering about) and the last few times I have always selected the first or second of his suggestions (and trust me, I try on a LOT of pairs!) - and no matter how long it takes, you never feel like a nuisance. I am also surprised that it can be a couple of years between visits and he remembers my name. I never go anywhere else.
