The frames looked like cheap knock offs. Extortionate prices considering all the frames are made in Chinese sweatshops and you can find exact styles on Ali Express for $5 - $10. I paid $400 for a pair of glasses including lenses. After a day of wear, I put them down on the table to go shower and then come back to wear them. I thought it was a smudge or something so I attempt to just wipe but only to find that it was a chip in the lens. I didn't have time all week to call and have been wearing my old glasses. I called and they said they needed to determine whether or not it's a manufacturing cause, other wise I'd have to pay for them. (I also had a previous issue with the frames but I can't be fucked to go into that, also their customer service lacks eg. They're not all that helpful with helping you choose frames and prefer to stand around the counter doing shit all) this all wouldn't have happened going to my usual optometrist place
