Eyeballs Eyewear on Oxford Street in Paddington certainly capitalises on this obsession, as they stock some seriously stylish eyewear, and they cater to all our fashion obsessions as they sell both prescription glasses and sunglasses. All the higher end glasses shops are stocking Tom Ford at the moment and so they should, his sunglasses are amazing, some of the best designs I have ever seen. Another great brand Eyeballs are offering is Mykita who are a German brand providing extremely funky, Hi tech yet well made eyewear. Lindberg is another brand on offer, which is a little more classic and demure, but none the less stylish. A great shop.

George Skoufis is the only optometrist that has sourced and found both sunglasses and specs that I can wear in public and look cool. I can't and won't go anywhere else. They have collections from uncommon Australian and overseas based eyewear designers, so you will most likely walk out with eyewear that no one else in Sydney will have. You won't find Prada, Chanel or Gucci here. The staff there really make an effort to make sure you find the perfect pair and have a great sense of style! They were super friendly and helpful in describing to me the different types that there was, i opted for the 1 monthlies for peice of mind of just put my contact lenses in once a month !! I live close to Hurstville & work in Alexandria now, but I've kept coming back to this same optometrist every 6 months for a check up and a new batch of contact lenses . You'll have to meet the staff for yourself to know what i mean i when i say that i look forward for my 6 months check up or even don't mind popping in & saying Hello when I'm in the westfeilds for something else !! I was here today to go from contact lenses back to the wearing glasses.. i guess only cause i was self conscious before but now I'm not fussed with it .
