Oil change, tires, old car repairs - Our local almost everything mechanic now!! If Janelle the…read moremanager is here, we will follow. We visit between this location and Flamingo location. She's super on top of things!!! The only reason we've decided to make Big Brand Tires (Janelle's location) to be our car mechanic (old 2000s Camry, and Prius). From oil change, parts, tires, we trust Janelle to figure it out and really evaluate things really well. They also price match!! We've tried mom and pop shops. I'm also not usually a fan of mechanics via big chains but Janelle really takes care of you and your car!! She'll make sure things are done right. And super professional in calling back, scheduling, above and beyond excellent customer service, etc (rare for Vegas). We bring our own oil, oil filter and filters. They are and to work with it. And give me back leftover oil to continuously refill my car. ----- Old review I forgot to post... Wow! We came for a tire patch (nail found in our tire). Way more affordable than many other shops. We can bring our own oil, supplies. But if we bring own tires or such, then it's not under their warranty. They'll check on everything, from alignment to normal wear and tear. Didn't try to upsell or scare us on anything. If anything, told us we can change our tire with nail within the week. They have Starbucks within the plaza area too! Can bring our laptops to take meetings or be productive there. There's outlets, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with 1 restroom (code needed). They have amazing warranty on tires, that come with anytime free tire rotation too! Unfortunately our tire with nail was too big of a hole and our 2 back tires are too old, so we got quotes on new 2 tires. We also got a list of items we are suggested in repairing. We'll be we expecting a quote where it'll be listed from crucial to less crucial. No scare tactic. Janelle the manager is amazing!!! She explained everything to us with patience. She wasn't trying to up sell or anything. Sucks but our other auto shop apparently "fixed" and gave us new radiator. But a leak was found in it!! We have to go back unde warranty. Janelle mentioned that they can price match whatever quotes we get too.

Stacy and Bruce are truly Genuine and stand by their word and the pricing is very reasonable for actual QUALITY work! I've had my brakes done, which I had lifetime warranty pads on and shops usually won't honor them. Stacy went above and beyond and got my lifetime pads! Don't expect this lol! Maybe if you're loyal and a nice person hahaha. I've also had several other things done there as well and will continue to bring any car I have to them! I've sent numerous people to Ask Auto all with great things to say. Thank you Stacy and Bruce for just being good people in a shady world of mechanics!!

Their pricing is fair and they are very reliable. They even have a rewards program so you get award certificates for every dollar spent to use towards your next car service or repair. Communication is super easy. I contacted Asian Imports Plus through text last week to see if I can bring in my car for a weird noise every time I accelerated or stop. My husband and I weren't sure if it was from getting my car repaired a few weeks prior from this shop. They were very accommodating and told me to bring in my car last Friday. It turned out to be that my brake pad was worn down to a certain limit and needed a few hours to repair. Then I got a call that one of the bolts broke during the repair and needed to be replaced as well. Because it was a Friday (and they're closed on the weekends), it had to be done on Monday. They explained to me they wanted to make sure everything was completed right and safe for me and my family. As promised, my car was ready Monday for pick up. My car runs smoothly with no issues now. Every car repair shop should be as honest and ethical as this place. Forget seeing the dealer for any of your car needs and get it serviced by this high quality and hard-working shop. I highly recommend!!

Last June, I took my 2003 Nissan Xterra XE to a Nissan dealership for service. An unreliable…read moremechanic from another shop cut a line to my A/C system where you could loudly hear the leak they caused. They heard it and literally walked away. I explain at the Nissan shop what happened and that my compressor was fine. They proceeded to tell me my radiator had a leak. I'm like I saw no fluids on my garage floor or the parking lot at work. Then they tried to tell me the fluid leaked UP. You don't need to be a physics major here to know this isn't possible. Then they tried to tell me the A/C system and the radiator system were intertwined. Um, no, they are 2 SEPARATE systems. And I told them so. Im not someone who doesn't know what's under the hood of a vehicle. Why I let them keep my buggy for 16 days is beyond me. They spilled something on my new hood that destroyed the paint job on it. Said I brought it in that way but refused to pull up the video in front of me to prove otherwise. This place charged me low 4 figures to get my buggy out of the shop. This was around the time of the second & third high heat advisories. I just moved and I needed A/C like never before. And you know what? They didn't fix my Xterra!!!!! Fast forward to May 2022 and I'm zipping home and see Team 1 Auto and I caught the ad that they can service air conditioners. It's getting warm and I know I need A/C in this town. The fellas here explained they'd take a look at my system and said it sounded like there's a leak. They did the full service system and the fee was $350. Said to bring it back in a few days so they can check to make sure there are no leaks. So I'm here today to say DO NOT GO TO YOUR DEALER if you're not comfortable! Come here!!! I do not mind paying for work done to my vehicle. What I have issue with is to be blatantly ripped off! The fellas here honest and up front and my wallet and my nerves sure appreciate this. Thank you for keeping my buggy up & running properly!

Wouldn't you know it when you move to Las Vegas in July you might end up finding you have some AC issues, LOL! Well, I was thoroughly impressed with JAMES the manager at this shop!!! Not only did he take care of us, he walked us through an entire vehicle inspection with pictures. We did need some additional unexpected repairs but as I always do I crossed referenced their prices with a Yelp project search (getting about 5 different outfits to send estimates)... I was quite surprised that some prices came in at double or even triple the cost I received from Thomas. Finally, there have been 3x now where I found a better price online... JAMES matched the price so that I could get everything done in one place! The guy is super knowledgeable, kind, brilliant at customer service and he has won a faithful customer in me! Two cars $5,000 in needed repairs but when I cross referenced the prices, it could have been $7-9k! Honest dude and fair! Give him a shot.
