I traveled from Northern California.... enroute my Maintenance Warning Light lit up and I noticed my oil was down to 15%, so I decided to stop in for an oil change. What I received was, without question, the BEST service experience I've ever had at any service station! Not only was the staff incredibly hospitable and welcoming, but they were also thorough, efficient, and genuinely cared about doing the job right! Everything was handled with quality and courtesy from start to finish, all at a fair and reasonable cost that felt like excellent value for the level of service delivered. If I lived in Las Vegas, this would absolutely be my go-to spot whenever I needed service. It was that excellent! More service stations could learn a great deal from this team about how to deliver an express oil change with both speed and real care! I truly hope Daniel, Rylan, Cory, Vincent and the team get to see this review. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like a more detailed account of my experience. Mahalo Nui Loa (thank you so very much) for the exemplary and outstanding service! Keep up the awesome work -- you truly made a traveler far from home feel well taken care of! May you all continue to stay hydrated, safe and healthy. Take Care! Me Ke Aloha, (Warmest Love/Kind Regards), Laura M. Balon-Keleti, BA, MPA, JD

I have been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for a long time, but my experiences over the last two…read moredays have been incredibly disappointing due to poor customer service. Yesterday, I dealt with staff members who gave me an unnecessary attitude during my visit. Hoping it was just an isolated incident, I called today simply to verify their hours and check if they were open. The response I received was a sarcastic, "Of course if we're answering the phone, we're open." Most locations are closed on Sunday and that's the reason I had called. As a long-time customer, it is incredibly frustrating to be treated with such dismissive attitude and hostility for asking a basic question. Getting a phone call answered doesn't automatically guarantee a business is open for regular service, and there is no reason to be rude to customers who are just trying to bring you their business. I really hope management addresses the front-line staff's attitude, because great customer service is what keeps long-time patrons coming back, and right now, it's severely lacking.

My anxiety kicked in & I decided to find a quick oil change place but so many were closed the following day--Sunday. Found this place open on Sunday.
