Drop-off & Loaner Car Experience I dropped my car off around 2pm on a Thursday. The first red flag? Signing paperwork for the loaner car took forever because they couldn't find a pen. Then I was told to wait 30 minutes for the loaner... that turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes, in a hot waiting room with barely any A/C. The one redeeming moment: an employee kindly brought cold water for my dog and me. The loaner (Tesla Model 3 SR+) wasn't in good shape -- broken TPMS sensor and a rebooting display, likely from a software mod. Not exactly reassuring. Timeline & Communication I was told my car would be ready Saturday/Sunday. By late Saturday, I had to call for an update (they seemed confused), only to learn it wouldn't be ready until Monday. Fine -- but why wasn't I told earlier, especially since they're closed Sundays? On Monday, I was told 4pm (which became 5pm), and when I arrived, they were still applying PPF to the frunk. Final Result For a shop selling "quality," the attention to detail just wasn't there. Edges weren't clean, timelines weren't respected, and communication was lacking. On top of that, the price of the bundle didn't feel justified at all -- the value just wasn't there given the level of workmanship and hassle involved. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere for anyone considering PPF or tinting.

Update- Abraham texted to resolve these issues so I would remove my review. I told him if he proves…read moreit is ceramic tint, I would revise that part. I asked for a full refund since I had to replace the back windshield because of the damage from him only taking ONE layer of the tint off. I also found more bubbles, lint and the edges are not correct on the windows he did do. Added the window to show replacement. Tried to call but voicemail was full. Requested a quote through yelp and no response. Called later that day and it went to VM but he called back in 10 minutes. I archived the yelp quote request. Set up an appointment for Monday, he said to drop the car off at 9:30 but we had to wait for him to show up. We then left and came back at 10:45 and he still wasn't there. I looked on his hours and it said he's closed on Mondays. I tried to call twice and no answer/VM or call back. Tuesday morning he texts and ask if I'm the person with the car make. He said he had issues with his phone. Tried to set up another appointment but he was "busy" with three other appointments. He then sent me a link to schedule the appointment and pay a non refundable deposit. We went down there to talk to him because I wasn't going to pay him a deposit at this point. He then told us to come back at 11:30 and he could have it done by the evening at 7:30. Went back at 11:30 and he wasn't there again but showed up 5 minutes later. We were having him remove tint from the side and back windows and reinstall a ceramic tint on all. He calls in the afternoon and states for the back window he only pulled off the 1st layer of tint as there are two layers. He said the "glue" was too thick which made it come off that way. A quick google search shows this is a lie and he rushed the removal and left the inner layer on the window. He then told us he could use a razor blade to remove this layer but this would damage the defrosters lines making them unusable. Another search showed if you damage defroster lines the only way to fix this is to replace the whole back window. We told him no, just leave it as that is a safety hazard. At 7:30 he texted he needed more time and finally at 8pm the drive and passenger windows were tinted and the back window had the colored tint layer removed. When we picked up the car, he said he could try to remove that layer the next day on Wednesday with ammonia and a bag. He told us to come at 12:00pm. Again he wasn't there and didn't answer his phone again. Waited until 12:30 and left and went to another shop. Abraham then calls me at 1:40 when my appointment was at 12 with the same excuse of his phone being broken. He had two different phone numbers for us and used both to contact us but couldn't call or pick up. At the other shop we found out that the back window is ruined. It's basically not worth the time or cost to remove the layer he left. He should have stopped when the 1st layer started to come off and use more steam or liquid to get both layers off at the same time. Also, found out the ceramic tint I asked for was not installed as he told me he installed. Instead of ceramic tint being installed he used regular tint. Now I have to replace my back window because of his mistake. We gave him more than one chance as he is a new business and we should have ran when the first red flag popped up. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. Do not pay the deposit He may have cheap prices but you get what you pay for in product and customer service. I posted pictures of the crappy job he did on the side windows. Bubbles, not even on the edges.

I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)
