This was not a problem given it's an old game, the problem is that when I went back to sunken treasures to let her know it didn't work the owner had a stuck up valley girl attitude insinuating that I basically swapped the disc out(that I was lying) and that wasn't the disc that was sold to me. This was the wrong approach given I'm a business professional and that I'm always nice to people until they give me a reason not to be. So I let her have it and she just got more rude and more rude, finally making me pay to have it resurfaced..... Soooooooooo things are cool in this store just hope you don't have an issue because she won't own it and insist you are lying and treat you like garbage when you are being honest. Who knows but my experience was not so good, no excuse for a bad attitude and no excuse as a business owner not to make it right. I will be doing my best to shop online from now on. You try to support local businesses and this happens, over a $8 game it costs me more in diesel just to drive there and back. Insinuating I'm lying is crazy to me.

Horrible customer service and extremely high mark up prices…read more This has been the third time I stopped by there and the third time I received horrible customer service. No "Hello" or "Let us know if we can help" when entering the store, just a stare down (and that is when you're lucky). Stood at the register for a good five minutes and nobody came to attend until I asked if they were even still open. No apology, no thank you at the end of the transaction. Just very poor customer service. Not only did I pay $10 more than what amazon was asking for, but I would have gotten more customer service through amazon as they at least send a "thank you" email after you shop with them I love supporting small, local businesses but that one will not make it on the list.

They low-balled me for my gold coins in mint condition still in protective sleeves by hundreds per coin, and silver coin markdowns like 5 dollars per coin lower than the daily valuation. I drove 8 miles to coin cradle instead, for the same coins got over $300 more in resale value. Much better rates there. Worth a drive across town for the better rates and not feeling like the workers are trying to rip me off for silver and gold coins.
