This past week I was on a notary assignment for Hazardous Disposal Specialists owner Dennis. He and I had a lengthy conversation about his company and the need for his services with the amount of hazardous material (Haz Mat) in our environment and of course, and their disposal. Hazardous materials - no matter how small - butane lighter- are illegal to throw in your trash can. There are so many items we use in our daily life that contain hazardous material. As far as corporations, I am amazed and yet grateful how complex the disposal rules and laws are.
