I authorized Senn's to replace a fender and provided a deposit to cover the parts. Soon after I learned that my car had an engine problem that would be expensive to fix so that I would likely to trading my car for another. I called Senn's to see if I could cancel the order even if it meant forfeiting my deposit. Not only did they cancel the order, but they refunded my deposit, saying their organization wanted to be good neighbors.

Quality offered several price levels and were so reasonable that we opted for the top-of-the-line "Senatorial."
