That contractor did top-notch work so, when I asked for suggestions for my new deck, Heiser was their first and only suggestion. Did my checking, of course, and heard only good things. Liked Perry (Heiser) from the start--he helped make my vision a reality (I had a couple non-typical requests). My choice of Heiser was reinforced by the people in building permits and my designer who all said good things about the quality of his and his crew's work over the years. Several neighbors whose backyards overlook mine kept coming over in the evening to tell me how impressed they were with their attention to detail. Two of them plan to talk to him about doing their decks!

Per my request, I appreciate the extra care they took to not damage the abundance of iris plants on the side of my home that my elderly neighbors meticulously maintain for their own pleasure. I was concerned the work would damage the plants and rob my neighbors of the few things they enjoy doing outdoors at their age. They dug every single one out and placed them all back as soon as the job was done. Thanks!

We had bought hardwood floors for our condo, hoping to try to do the project ourselves…read more Well, the flooring sat there in the box for 3 months, and due to my lack of motivation and fear of messing up since I have zero experience, we decided to find contractors who could do the job for us. We got multiple quotes, all with different catches. One company said it would take 5 days, one wouldn't move our furniture, yet another wanted to charge 150% of what we ended up paying. When Chase and Denny came to look at our place, they were very detailed in their measurements. They also gave us a quote in a very short time, with no surprise stipulations. Their price is very fair for the work they do. In the end, they were able to complete our flooring in 2 days, and were able to do it without us having to do any furniture moving or other work on our end. It was a fantastic experience, and the floors look amazing! We couldn't be happier with the work they do, and will readily use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them for any construction or home project needs. Thanks guys!

He informed us of structural issues with our current deck, how he would remedy that with our new one and provided information on how he and the team go beyond to deliver high quality. Infact, watching them work was a ballet of sorts. They remained focus, in lock step with each other and moved step by step as a cohesive unit. We were looking to get estimates to have a few of our gutters replaced after they were damaged by…read moretrees during a storm last month. My husband found this company online and they were the first call we made (expecting to make a few more). The owner was the one that answered, and he was on the road. He said he could come out today, within the hour, so we said yes. He called again to let us know when he was 15 minutes away- we were impressed already. He pulled up with his trailer in tow and a crew member with him. He gave us an estimate we were happy with and we asked when he could come back to do the work. To our surprise, he replied "how about now?" He explained that he was on his way home, but since he was here he might as well fix it, otherwise we'd have to wait a couple weeks for him to come back. Of course we said yes, and he got right to work! He had all the supplies and tools in his trailer and bent the gutters right there on site. They removed the old ones, made new (seamless) ones, and had them installed in a little over an hour. We had an issue with a blown fuse (he needed power for his machine to make the gutters) and he was very nice and understanding about it, even though it cost him a little time getting things going again. We'll see how things go once it rains (he did say they were warrantied though, and to give him a call if we had any issues whatsoever) but the customer service was outstanding! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. UPDATE (12/30 /14): Just wanted to update that the gutters are working beautifully. Still very highly recommend these guys. =)

Great work and great people…read more We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house...crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors. Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast. They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done. In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles. Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so. When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again. No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. A family run, honest, trustworthy and responsive contractor. We will highly recommend them any day!

He came out I believe that night and provided me with an estimate the next day. I decided to go with the estimate that he provided to me. He came out the following day to start the project - he put in the contract that from start to finish the job would take 5-7 days start to finish. When he came out to work on the project it was very sporadic, I had no idea what I was going to come home to and what would be done. The estimate was provided on 5/13 - he did not complete the project until 6/25! Of course there are many more details between like me trying to e-mail to get a timeline, etc. At one point when he told me he was getting called out on business and it was going to be another week, I became very upset - I was not having any more patience with this process. I told him that I would hire someone else to finish the job and I was not going to give him the remaining money that I owed (per his contract I owed 1/3 at the contract agreement, 1/3 at the start of the project, and 1/3 at the end) I actually had given him more money the second time because he asked for a "favor" and wanted more - and I was stupid and gave it to him. After all the headache, Scott McNeill agreed to come out and finally finish what he promised a month ago with the understanding he was not going to get the remaining monies. WELL, low and behold he starts sending me rude e-mails and invoices for an amount of money that I owe him. Really, I should be taking this guy to court to get all my money back. The job was done terribly, the concrete work is crumbling on the corners, and the "repairs" were not done, I still have large cracks in my garage. I have made complaints to the BBB (which he never responded to them) and to the DATCP. I would STRONGLY encourage people to do their research before choosing to do business with Scott McNeill.
