The painters would maneuver around every other contractor with ease, adjust their schedule when needed, and touch up areas that might have been affected by another team without issue. Also, they have a wide spectrum they can assist with, all of which we took advantage of. They did our wall papering, painted ALL trim and doors (for a 5000 sq ft house this was quite the endeavor), did wall repairs where needed, sanded/waxed our stair railings, and we're having them come back to do the exterior next spring! Adam explained that french doors are expensive and heavy, so he would need two guys to do the install. He quoted a week out. It took two weeks for the doors to arrive. I'm sure this was out of his control. Another week for him to come and install them. He said he was working on other jobs and then hurt his knee. Understandable. When he came to install the doors he showed up alone. He said his guys were tied up on another job so he might not finish that day. I thought I was paying for two guys? Anyways, he did get the doors installed that day by himself. He was very nice. I work at home, so I had to be there all day. He did a good job installing them. At the end of the day he explained to me that the door manufacturer had done a terrible job priming the doors, so I would have to sand them before I did a final paint job. Wait, I have to paint the doors for you? I thought I was paying for a complete job... I spent the entire next day getting paint matched and meticulously painting the doors, casing, trim, and surrounding drywall myself. Lucky I know how to do that I guess. Like I said it was a mixed experience. Adam was pleasant to communicate with. He was pretty good at communicating the day before and the day of by text and email. The price he quoted me was the price I was billed. So there were a couple of positives. I just don't plan on getting any more work done by this company.

Hennick is unprofessional, disrespectful and has terrible communication skills. He refused to be onsite when a counter top was installed and I was left to direct the subcontractor who told me they had installed 1,000's of counter tops, but had never done it when the contractor was not onsite to supervise. The sub had to cut the counter top onsite because Hennick did not provide instructions and it put the sub and me in a bad situation. The sub he hired to texture the walls did a horrible job with huge patches of texture right next to huge patches of no texture. It was completely uneven, yet Hennick never said anything. I brought up that I was dissatisfied with the work of the sub and he got angry and asked what I wanted to do. Hennick did not offer solutions. I had to demand it be redone. He underestimated the entire job and then proceeded to up charge me. He quit the job then the next day asked when he could get in to finish the job. It was like dealing with a petulant child the entire time, but worse. I made a list of all the problems I experienced, explained how he treated me disrespectfully, overcharged me and asked for financial restitution, but he refused. I now have to pay someone else to finish the job. Hire at your own risk.
