The owner, Nick Masker, was so easy to talk to and advised us - we didn't feel like we were being SOLD the system he liked, but the best system for our home. Pure Water came out on time, and the tech's were very professional and polite and we never worry about the water we drink and our children bathe in every day! Which makes you wonder why they have a special answering service that states your number is blocked. How many other customers have they done this too? All because homeowner stressed that they would like their system cleaned properly this time since in the past, they failed to drained the tank all the way and cleaned the rust out of it. Beware of this company and their spitefulness. After all, would hate for you to sit waiting for them to show for hours knowing they might not.

Installers Wyatt and Mikey were friendly and efficient, leaving no mess and filling the tank with salt crystals (not pellets) for me for the first time. Skin and hair felt the positive difference almost immediately. If you need a whole home water softener/refiner without added expense, this is the company you want to deal with. I recently used them on my second property to fix a leak in the line from the well to the dwelling. They did an excellent job as always They are friendly and reliable. I hired Moyers to come out and evaluate an old well, hoping that I could use it for my new…read moreconstruction. I was worried that if the old well didn't pan out that I'd be out over $2k for the eval and then pay an extra $7k on top of that to drill a new well. Scott came out for the initial consultation and said not to worry, that if the existing well doesn't work he'll deduct the cost of the the eval from the cost of the new well drilling. I thought, this was great! Even though I had other companies able to do the eval for a fraction of the cost I went with Moyer for this very reason. I asked to get that in writing on the initial quote, but they ignored my requests. I thought surely they would stand by their word. Long story short - it was not feasible to use the old well, they did NOT stand by their word, and they wouldn't reduce the cost of the $7k+ well drilling. So I'm out over $2k for an hours worth of work for them and now have to drill a brand new well anyways. While Dianna in the office was lovely to work with, do yourself a favor and don't trust this company!
