We picked them based on word of mouth in our neighborhood, and the fact that they have been in business for a long time! The owner, Nick Masker, was so easy to talk to and advised us - we didn't feel like we were being SOLD the system he liked, but the best system for our home. Pure Water came out on time, and the tech's were very professional and polite and we never worry about the water we drink and our children bathe in every day! They came on time, installed the system and taught us how to monitor it. We had the system serviced and every time they were on time & professional. In 2018 we had pipes freeze and our system needed to be replaced. Darlene in the office was phenomenal. We overnighted them a key and she took care of everything from beginning to end. Pure water was scheduled to come out and service my water conditioner today at 3:30. Left work early to make sure we were home. 3:30 came and went no tech. Called the office to let them know that the tech had not arrived was told they would be there shortly 4:50 no one yet. My husband received a phone call from Stu who called my husband a jerk for calling the office. He further went on to tell my husband that he was never going to do business with us!!! How UnProfessional of this business owner Stu to treat his customers!! How about we as the consumer will never do business with a company that mistreats their customer for asking a question.
