The receptionist asked me to hold on while she transferred me to a tax professional that could answer my question. She then got back on the phone to tell me they can't assist me with my question or my taxes until after April 15th because they were too busy with other clients. I told her I just needed to know if they could assist me with my specific tax situation and all i had was one question to determine this, but she said they could not assist me with any question until after April 15th.
