I do not recommend this insurance company because their customer service is very poor. I have…read morevisited their office several times, and my insurance premiums have increased way too much. They tell me they will call me to get quotes from other insurance companies, but nothing seems to get resolved. Whenever I go in to ask questions, the staff are not very friendly, and they don't seem to know what they are doing. My insurance keeps going up every year, and sometimes even every month, for one reason or another. The worst part is that they cannot give me a clear explanation for these increases. Overall, I am very disappointed with their service and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance and good customer service. Another issue that really bothers me is that they send me messages saying that my automatic payments have been canceled without my permission or without me ever asking them to cancel anything. They notified me by text message that they had canceled my automatic payments so I would not be charged the following month, October, even though I had never requested this change. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A responsible insurance agency should never make changes to a customer's payment arrangements without their authorization. They should contact the customer first and get their approval before taking any action. I believe this is irresponsible behavior, and it makes me question how trustworthy and professional this agency really is. I am very disappointed with the way they handle their customers' accounts.
