His bid was very reasonable. The results are stunning. The crew did an enormous amount of prep work, including some plaster repair, making sure all surfaces were perfect before painting. The house looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism and craftsmanship. The team was communicative, hardworking, and highly respectful. Jim's positive attitude made the whole process worry-free. We live out of town, and it's been a challenge at times to get a professional to answer our calls. Also, some of the screens needed the wood frames rebuilt. They took them to repair and replace. I never got the screens back. Very difficult because the vintage look has not been replaced. Also they painted my windows shut. Can't open my windows. I called three times for corrections of these issues and never received a response and no one showed up.
