My prescription was written wrong and was off on the qauntity that the dr wrote, but I would not known had he questioned me about it. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. Really my star rating is 2 1/2...or 2.5 but no half-stars are allowed above!…read more I wanted that score, (the median statistically) to reflect the ambiguity of Welltopia's dełivery situation, which is this: They are great if timing IS NOT important, but if timing is important they can be iffy...or great...or just OK. The 'iffiness' comes from their inability to recognise that some medications require very consistent dosing otherwise you start to feel terrible. I'm waiting one such medication. I BEEN WAITING FOR 6 DAYS!!! They apparently filled it yesterday and I'm waiting for the delivery. I've been anxiously waiting since yestereay morning (approx 26 hours ago.) I called them and was unable to speak with anyone so I left a message for Omar...the head pharmacist and possibly the owner... I'm not sure. The trouble was it's now almost noon on the day following the supposed actuał refill...reałły I should call it the delayed refiłł... because I first requested it a week ago to avoid this exact problem! Yet there's still no delivery!! Plus that, I can't reałły reach them by phone other than leaving a message, which I've already done. I had a few old ones at home which I used the first few days but those ran out and now I'm actively in withdrawel (at łeast that's what I think is causing my massive headache and my messed up stomach!) I'm ełderły (70) which seems to mean (to me) that medication changes have a huge impact upon me physically. Much bigger it feels like, than when I was younger and similar situations occurred. I've been taking this particular medication a very long time. Probably around 20 years or so. So you can decide for yourself... if timing is important...
