Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. So I am left with 1 hen. $75 for 1 chick and zero customer service.

These guys are on it! Great service and helpful in answering questions and carrying out those sacks of pet food, cement or whatever else you need.
