I…read morewalked into this Walmart asking where their Pharmacy was because I couldn't find as it is usually up front at most Walmarts I have been too. Anyway, this pharmacy is located in the middle of the store to the left. I walked to the Pharmacist assistant and she took my last name and birthdate and she told me it will be about 20 minutes. However, it was only about 5 minutes before I got a text saying my medicine was ready. And indeed it was, the pharmacist gave my consultation and gave me a summary of how to take my medication and what they were. He asked if I had any questions and I told him " I'm glad we have Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacists as I don't know what we will do. In summary, I came because I was sick and I'm now feeling better. So, congratulations 5 Stars Walmart Pharmacy. However, I hope I don't have to come back here. As I don't want to get sick anytime soon.

(I quickly learned they do whatever they can get away with.) I have inquired as to the location of items a couple times, the associates can never seems to know and they act like I'm bothering them. (So I got the Walmart App and it will tell you what aisle items are on, in any store, with about 95% accuracy). Another time, I returned an item (it was broken in the box when I opened it) and the "customer service" woman, said I couldn't return it to that store because I didn't buy it there. When I pointed to the receipt that clearly showed I had bought it there she said' "I mean we stopped carrying this item." After a brief discussion with a "manager" who clearly had been working so many hours he didn't have time for personal hygiene --I was able to return the item. The customer service woman glared at me. Customer service is a mindset and an attitude that is based on SERVICE. This is taught at Publix ---when I walk into a Publix, it seems as if everyone can't wait to assist customers. At Walmart, there seems to be a general malaise among the employees and negative attitudes are status quo. If you go in to Walmart Neighborhood Market, find your item and pay for your item at self-checkout and never have to interact with an "associate," then it's tolerable. Same thing at the gas pumps, as long as you can do it all yourself without having to interact with an attendant, they usually have lower gas prices and it's tolerable.

HOWEVER, based on my experience there today, I have some negative opinions and some words of caution for my future purchases in the store. I plan to verify the labels on the shelves, before I purchase items, because the rewards information might not be as it seems. Today I purchased two separate items with different prices, different packaging, and different places on the shelves. BOTH pricing labels said I would receive a $7.00 reward. However, when I checked out I only RECEIVED one $7.00 reward ! The cashier said it was because the products were similar. I think this was deceptive. Having a similar use is not the same as being the same product. In my opinion the shelf labels should not indicate a reward when none will be given if you buy a "similar" product.
