You can launder your shirts here for under two bucks if there aren't any huge stains in them, otherwise ask for them dry cleaned. The customer service is also really great. If you need your cleaning done really quickly, they will make the effort to accommodate you! If you spill something on your clothing, feel free to point it out to them when you drop it off. They'll sticker it to make sure that spot is cleaned when you get the shirts back. Coventry Cleaners also provides you with TONS of hangers... they take each item of clothing without a hanger and them return each one to you on a new wire hanger. When you accumulate way too many, return the hangers on this holder they have on the floor. Your dry cleaning and laundered clothing are usually returned to you within 2-3 days, always nicely pressed. If you are really in a rush, they can get it back to you by the next day if you request it! A credit card is only accepted here if you spend more than $15.

I do agree with Brian M that the fact that they have no AC will be annoying in the Summer. In the Winter the place was terribly cold, especially if you were stuck by the doors, but it IS right next to a bar, which is also a plus in my book. The washer and dryer prices seemed reasonable to me, but I am from NYC so most prices on the island do seem cheap by comparison. The dryers were a little steep to me, but they also dry in half the time of my last laundry mat so it works out. The wash and fold service was great. Reasonably priced compared to nearby places, and everything was washed perfectly. The folding seemed a little haphazard but they separately washed a huge blanket I had forgotten about and only charged me an extra $3, compared to most local places charging $10-$12. All in all I paid about $60 for over three weeks worth of laundry (I was out of town so it added up) which is actually cheaper than what I would have spent doing it myself (especially if you include the 3 beers I would have had next door). The biggest plus? They are SUPER polite, which is something I've rarely encountered in this area. I probably would have given them 3 stars since they do have quite a few broken machines, but attitude is everything. I'd rather come here and pay an extra 10 cents on the dryer than deal with some spoiled, snotty teenager any day.

I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help.
