It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

When you walk into the studio, you have to take off your shoes which I appreciate because she would like to keep the studio as clean as possible for the babies. She has a changing station and has numerous outfits, hats, blankets, etc, all the accessories she might need to take beautiful photos, all properly and neatly organized for you to choose from. Jacqueline has great taste so, if you depend on her to come up with beautiful poses for your baby, you won't regret the outcome. She also gives you the option to choose the colors and outfits and works with you to get beautiful photos. Once the photoshoot is done, Jacqueline sends you all the proofs to choose from.
