However, if the person is evading, obviously they would not open the door. Save your money and find someone else that will do more to get it done. It's stressful enough to deal with your case. You shouldn't have to worry about the service part of it if you're already paying someone to do it. Also, if it's just door knocking, a regular mail man can do that for you if you pay for "certified mail" and that's going to cost you $15 at most. For three attempts, that's only $45. Hope this helps.

Even though when I paid they said I had 3 service tries included that does not include if he moved. Unfortunately he moved to the island of Hawaii. I had to pay all over again. Through this time they were steadily worse at answering their phone. They finally only answered when I called from a new number. They eventually informed they got him served. There was no picture except of a street sign which I will include. When I went to court to argue my case they informed me I needed a notarized document proving he was served. I was able to locate it in what aaa had sent me but I would have appreciated knowing I was supposed to have it ready for court. The court did not accept my service since there was no actual picture of the defendant or his ID. He claims he was not served at all. I lost my case.

He tried to charge me for 3 documents, saying that the document included 3 forms. The court and lawyer confirmed he was overcharging; it is one document to sign.
