Didn't really get the job done. She charges $156 upfront for three attempts, which I found out…read morelater was only her knocking on their door. I think she can do it if it's a simple service. However, if the person is evading, obviously they would not open the door. Save your money and find someone else that will do more to get it done. It's stressful enough to deal with your case. You shouldn't have to worry about the service part of it if you're already paying someone to do it. Also, if it's just door knocking, a regular mail man can do that for you if you pay for "certified mail" and that's going to cost you $15 at most. For three attempts, that's only $45. Hope this helps.

In such a stressful situation, it was comforting to know he is trying his best from his end and that ultimately, he is on my side and will fight for me. The stress was affecting me physically. I didn't expect this from a lawyer, but he showed compassion and righteousness. Thank you Kainoa.

He took the initiative to follow up with the landlord when no response was received, and advised me on the process of filing a Small Claims suit. Dealing with the law and courts is very confusing and intimidating for the average person, and Mr. Hookano was very friendly, responsive, and patient in explaining the process and the relevant laws -- he really went above and beyond to help me. Lawyers are not allowed to represent clients in security deposit suits in small claims court, but Mr. Hookano provided me with thorough notes and law citations to help me make my case in front of the judge. 5‑Star Review for Pedric Arrisgado…read more If you need a strong, confident attorney, I highly recommend Pedric Arrisgado. He genuinely stands out -- not just because he looks a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio, but because he carries himself with the same calm confidence. From day one, I never felt like just another client. He gave me a direct line to his cell phone, no secretary, no gatekeeping, no screening. Yes, he's busy -- extremely busy -- but he will get your messages and he will get back to you. That level of direct access is rare and honestly one of the things I appreciated most. He's also surprisingly easy to be around. Smart, sharp, and actually kind of fun, which is not something you expect to say about a lawyer when you're dealing with stressful situations. Overall, I felt supported, taken seriously, and treated like a real person. I highly recommend him.
