The problem was the single gate was not level and hangs at an angle. I will admit I did not notice this until the company had been paid in full and left the premises. I notified the fence company once I noticed the fence and sent them a picture of the single gate and asked them to please straighten it or we will discuss getting it replaced if that is what needs to be done. I have too small dogs I felt could get through the opening. I heard back from the fence company and they were very nice. They said they wanted me to be happy and would go over a solution to straighten the gate and would call me and we could discuss it. They never called me to discuss anything and It is clear they feel they are finished with the job. The mistake we made was paying in full for the job. If we had held back some money I am sure they would have come back to straighten the fence. So what we have learned from this experience is pay a deposit and give the balance at the end. We have learned our lesson.

I serve them daily in the work I do, so it's nice to be able to do something to support one of their businesses. The owner Travis came out to my home to provide me with a free estimate. After I agreed on the price. I asked if he could have someone start soon. He did his best to fit me in the companies schedule sooner than later. During the day of the painting, Travis was not able to show up but he let me in good hands with his fore(woman) which is a person who is in charge of the project and the other two people that assisted her. For all practical purposes, he should've walked away yet he stayed and helped me. The only reason I'm giving him a five star review is a 10 story review is not available. The vents were clogged with cat fur back to the unit. The cat had urinated into the vent to the point of someone had rushed through. I would not have blamed him if he had to decline the job. He had to use full protective gear and I really feel sorry for him, but he did the job professionally. I will call him again for additional work. You cannot go wrong hiring this company..
