Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!! Overall a wonderful experience, at a very competitive price, and a thorough job done. I am happy that I decided to go with them! In 2017 we asked Superior Roofing to repair some damage from a tree limb that fell on the roof. They did a good job. We continued to use them to blow the leaves off our roof and to make other small repairs as needed. About four years later, I asked if we needed a new roof. They went up and inspected and said no, our roof was in great shape. Last year. David S. warned me that we would need a new roof in a year or two. This year our insurance company rated the house because the roof was at least 15 years old. We went ahead and replaced the roof before it was an emergency. Superior Roofing, David S., and the whole installation crew. were professional, prompt and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. The work was completed two days before the January 2026 ice storm. We were warm and cozy and dry under our new roof. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.

After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. That morning, Eric was sitting in his truck outside my house a little after 7am awaiting delivery of the supplies. The team arrived by 7:30am. The supplies were delivered by 7:45am and by 8am they were actually ripping the existing shingles off my roof. By 8:45am they were done stripping the roof. Around 1pm Eric returned to inspect the work that had been done. By 1:30pm, I had a brand new roof and the crew was gone. I can't say enough good things about my experience with The Roof Clinic. Disappointing experience While other property owners…read morereported great experiences, mine was marred by a code non-compliance and broken item. After The Roof Clinic replaced my roof, I discovered the roof-to-edge section was not up to current building code. It took three months of back-and-forth just to get them to bring it up to required building codes. In addition, there were a few lifted shingles, several nail pops, and their team left debris in my sun tunnel. Recently, it came to my attention that a crucial coupler on the sun tunnel was broken during construction. When I brought the broken coupler to management's attention, Eric's initial response was that their warranty "only covers leaks." Evidently, if the crew breaks your property, you are expected to foot the bill. Although Eric agreed to review the repair estimate, over two weeks have passed, and I have heard nothing since. It is now more than 20 months since the roof was replaced and I am still devoting time and energy on this roof replacement. Courteous, yes; exterior clean up, very good. Professional and prompt, sense of accountability, No.

Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. The work was shoddy and even worse, despite promises, they put a lien on our house over a small amount that our insurance company had outstanding. This was due to an administrative error but after recommending them they nailed us to the wall with a lien over a very small debt that was not ours to pay. So forget any loyalty between customer and business. Their workers didn't speak English and looked like they were being paid substandard wages. The lien was the final straw with R4. Stay away.
