First time visiting here. Forgot to take photos of my ice cream. What a shame, but I couldn't wait to eat it.

I came here for the first time. I loved their ice cream as well as the freshly made waffle cone. Since the single comes with two scoops of your choice, I had maple pecan and vanilla. My husband also ordered salty caramel. All of them were so great. The workers were friendly, too. One thing that made my stars not five but four is the temperature inside the store. Although the outside was sunny and warm, the shop was much warmer than that cuz of the waffle cooking. Our baby started getting fussy cuz how hot it was inside and broke down when we were at the cashier. As soon as we went outside, she retrieved her smile though.

Ice cream should make you happy when you have it and the atmosphere of this place is clean, calm, and makes you feel happy. The workers here are really friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. That's why I'm a little sad and reluctant to say that their ice cream didn't really impress me. I got their feature banana toffee London fog. The banana flavor was really prominent and tasted really good initially. The London fog part of it was lost on me though, which made me a little sad since I love tea based ice creams. The texture was a little slimy and gummy, like old ice cream. I thought it was the banana at first which does sometimes add that texture but I had my husbands cookie dough and it was the same texture. Which leads me into the cookie dough. The ice cream was sort of bland and tasteless but the cookie dough itself was delicious. I wish there was more bits in there. I ended up throwing away most of my banana ice cream because after a bit it felt like my mouth was being coated with wax. It just wasn't for me. 5* for storefront, staff, service 2* for the ice cream itself

Single scoop, London Fog & Cookie Dough in a waffle cone

I'm obsessed with this ice cream place. I've probably visited more than 15 times and it's only been open a few months. The 'Cereal Milk' flavour was beyond description but unfortunately, they haven't had it for the past month or two. I do hope they will bring it back because the Momofuku version does not compare in the slightest. I love the Cookie Dough and London Fog flavours too! Although, by the end of the scoop, I find that the London Fog one tastes sort of bitter. The price is pretty high but for homemade ice cream and the fresh waffle cones, it's pretty worth it. Overall, really cute place! Probably my favourite ice cream right now. Update: if you have the chance, TRY THE GINGERBREAD FLAVOUR. Oh my god, so good. Also, the charcoal cereal milk flavour from Halloween was AMAZING.

Stopped by today with my boys for the grand opening and am delighted to report that it not only meets but exceeds the hype. It was actually my intention to take pictures but I'm afraid we had our cones to go and mine didn't even make it back to the car. The place is located almost right at the corner of Richmond & Picadilly and it modernly and sparsely decorated. It was a bit of a cool day which meant it wasn't that busy but lots of employees on hand with quick and friendly service. The ice cream was amazing. All locally made in small batches - I can personally vouch for the awesomeness of the salted caramel, cookies & cream and mint chocolate chip flavours. A single cone will run you about $6 which may seem a tad steep but is actually good value considering the quality. Oh, and speaking of cones that actually might have been my favourite part. They actually make their cones fresh on site and I actually thought I could eat just a cone - not a thought that has ever gone through my mind before. My initial thought was to give this place 4 stars - so I asked my sons. One said 5 stars and my oldest said 6, adding that it was the best ice cream he had ever had. So, I settled on the average. This is an amazing addition to Richmond Row and I'm certain this place is going to extremely popular as the warm weather joins us. Save a cone for me!

Amazing artisanal ice cream! Went into havens creamery the day after their grand opening and received excellent service from the girls working behind the counter. We were offered as many samples as we needed to make our decision which is always a nice touch. Decided on the cereal milk and London fog ice cream - both of which were delicious. You can really taste the quality in this ice cream, it's smooth and creamy and is just the perfect amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get some ice cream on a su

I have found myself going here night after night, it is just nice quality ice cream in a adorable setting. I don't even consider not getting a waffle cone because it is all you can smell when you walk in and it tastes just as delicious. I love that they let you taste test the flavours but so far I've only gotten cookie dough so I'm excited to see their upcoming feature flavours. I'll pay the $6 for a cone but I just can't get myself to pay $9 for a pint. Especially when Ben & jerrys is $5 and I already consider that expensive when I go to the grocery store lol. Overall an amazing place to go after dinner with family and friends on a hot summer evening. Love love love!

Really good ice cream in a great downtown location! It is quite pricey for the portion sizes, however.

I thought I would give London Ice Cream Company a try since I hadnt been there yet and it could use a few photos for its business page. It's a small shop with nothing special about it other than the pink exterior. It's obvious this is more of a place where they make ice cream rather than a place for dining There is only seating outside. I had a difficult time choosing a flavour and wasn't offered to try any samples. I read from another Yelper that the service isn't the most cheery and I have to agree. Their freezer had lots of tubs of ice cream if you wanted to buy some to take home. I also read on Facebook that at the end of the season they will put flavours together to sell them quick so you could find a good deal. Eventually I decided on the Denali Moose Tracks which was vanilla ice cream with fudge and peanut butter cups. It was good, but not extra special. I was disappointed with the fact that I ordered a single scoop, the same size as my boyfriend, but his managed to be almost double the amount of ice cream. What gives? The employee who scooped mine did break the cone by accident but I would have preferred he took some time to make it right instead of rushing to get it done. Overall, this place is okay. It doesn't have the heart that some of the other ice cream places have. The service isn't as cheery as the food they are serving but the product is good, as long as they scoop you enough!

Friendly staff though. Picnic tables could use an upgrade as they are holey and falling apart. Not sure if we will go back.
