TL: DR: Touted she was from pottery barn, but didn't tell me she only worked there a few months. Delivered NOTHING from her scope of work in 7 MONTHS, Caused me to have no furniture when my renovation is complete. SCAM ARTIST. STAY AWAY. ------ Reached out to me indicating she was a Pottery Barn designer & could give me discounts + trade discounts and anything beyond interior design (I was doing a renovation and wanting help selecting tiles and fixtures), she could cover through this company. Contract was agreed in Sept (by the way, she sent me 2 of the exact same contract - 1 for $6000 and 1 for $30,000 and said the $6k one was a mistake but she would honor it). Paid her half, and she had an entire scope of work including Budgeting, Renderings, Vision Boards, etc. Since September: Late for EVERY.SINGLE.MEETING, Came up with ZERO ideas (only agreed to my selections), and oh my goodness - I've never heard of SO MANY EXCUSES in my life!!! Every time, she's lost something, someone or whatever - she must have an excuse rolodex, it was ridiculous. Because of her unprofessionalism, I had to apologize to my other contractors on her behalf...how embarrassing! Come MARCH...she hadn't delivered ONE SINGLE THING from her scope of work. No drawings, layouts, or even color ideas. When I asked her to cancel the contract, she called me rude (for what? stating FACTS and OBSERVATIONS of everything she DID NOT DO? ok.). So - recall that the basis for our contract was that she was a Pottery Barn designer...well because of her unprofessionalism (she even somehow "lost" her signed contract which she forgot" to email me)..I contacted Pottery Barn to inform them of this scam artist. Well, good thing I did, because, as it so happens, she was only employed by them from AUGUST - OCTOBER. IT WAS MARCH and SHE DID NOT INFORM ME. How was I ever going to get those discounts? When was she going to inform me that she was no longer working there? CLEARLY NEVER. And the worst part? She kept delaying and delaying everything because the completion date was supposed to be end of June and SHE DID NOT DELIVER ONE SINGLE THING FROM HER SCOPE OF WORK. And now, it's April, I have a new designer but guess what...ordering furniture NOW....will result in late August to early September. So I WILL ESSENTIALLY BE FINISHED MY RENOVATION WITH NO FURNITURE BECAUSE OF THIS WOMAN. STAY AWAY. read more

Bree is amazing at what she does and an absolute delight to work with! She has great ideas and input, but she also listened to what I was trying to achieve in my space and really make it fit my personality and taste. I would definitely recommend Haven Road Interiors. I'm challenged when it comes to decorating. I have a hard time with the final touches. Bree listened carefully as I detailed the ideas I was imagining. She took special care to get to know me and my lifestyle. And then the MAGIC happened. She was able to take my ideas and turn them into a reality. Every time I walk into my home it feels like an escape from the stress of the day. Her use of bold color and patterns really made the difference in turning my home's interior into an interesting and fun place to be- not to mention gorgeous.
