My roommate never logged into the portal so is unsure if she is going to be able to find out, but is trying. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We moved into our home 2 years ago. Terminix came out to do an initial…read moreinspection and found everything under the sun wrong with our home. Reported severe mice infestation in attic and termites in crawl space, quotes is 5-7k for new insulation and remediation of the problem. We got 2nd and 3rd opinion and both disagreed with Terminix report. A few mice in the attic, taken care of with some poison and traps and NO CURRENT TERMITE DAMAGE. They will take advantage to nickel and dime you. GO ELSEWHERE.

I might as well threw my money out a window. They came , they sprayed, nothing. Still had them. Then just 2 days ago at my own personal cost and with the promise that theyd get them this time. Terminex was back to do battle. Again the bed bugs won. I wanted to go with a different company but cant . And ive lived here 10 years and cant afford to move. Dont call terminex unless youve got cash to burn.
