Did a decent job of pest control, but has zero respect for the customers time. Makes appointments and does not show up!

The worst office staff that I have ever dealt with. Melissa and Debbie lie to you and send out untrained pest control. Do not deal with these people. They will leave you with out any assistance and you will live with your pests for weeks. read more

Called and had them come out for a flea infestation. We had tried everything we knew including spraying on our own. They sprayed once and we've not seen a flea in over a year. Will call them for all future issues. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Our first appointment had be rescheduled because they had "overbooked" themselves when the two people that schedule for the company miscommunicated and had too many appointments for the same day. When they eventually showed up for the first appointment they were late. Company never contacted us as for when they would come for the second treatment. They showed up 7 days after the first appointment and tried to charge us a fee for not being ready and having to reschedule. However, the paperwork we were given by the company said that they would return in 7-10 days following the first appointment, so there was absolutely no communication with us about scheduling a second appointment. Thankfully got the fine removed and rescheduled successfully, but they threatened to double the fee if we missed the second appointment. On the days of treatment we were never contacted about when they had finished to know when it would be safe to return, nor was it made clear to us how long the treatments would take. One employee told us that we could return 10 hours after treatment and another told us that it would take 12 hours. Overall a very poor experience. TL;DR: Horrible company where no one is on the same page about their own business practices. Will never use this company ever again and I would recommend that everyone else stays away. This company operates with the sleight of hand, very sleazy. They told me to re-schedule for a bed bug operation at the ISU family housing unit, since they claim that my room mate and I should put some travel bags in a bigger rubber which they previously did not say. Before we could say jack, they had charged our accounts for a total of $80 for damages..pretty sick! read more
