I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

I had the best experience working with Hilbert for my son's 1st birthday party!…read more I have never hired a balloon artist and this initial experience truly set the bar high. I found him through Instagram and though I was initially hesitant, Hilbert did a wonderful job streamlining the process in order to bring my vision to life. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly professional. One of the things that initially stood out to me was how well-organized and professional his website and social media are. It made the planning process so much easier because his site included a clear inquiry form, detailed descriptions of what to expect with each package, and plenty of high-quality examples of his previous work. Having that level of transparency right from the jump gave me a lot of confidence in hiring him. What I appreciated most, however, was how thorough and dedicated he was to bringing my vision to life. During the inquiry phase, he asked me to send over inspiration photos. He then took those ideas and created a custom mock-up to show exactly what he had in mind for the space. Seeing that visual representation before we even finalized everything was a total game-changer and ensured we were completely on the same page. The final display was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for. Additionally, I felt like he was very collaborative and offered some great creative suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. The day of - he was on time and went above and beyond to ensure that the display was secure in the windy weather. It stayed put the whole time and I received so many compliments about how great it looked! If you're looking for a balloon artist who is professional, communicative, and truly talented at execution, I cannot recommend him enough! Party With L&P will now be my go-to for balloon decorations! :)
