The staff at the facility are all very friendly and with Lordes I know my little guy is always in the best hands! While picking him up from his most recent appointment she spoke to me afterwards and asked that I please always come back to her and told me how much she loved to groom Hartlee. It was later in the evening and she had a long day but came out anyways just to share with me about how patient and sweet and loving Hartlee was throughout his appointment and that he gave her gentle kisses the entire time and made her whole day! Just for her to take the time to do that is one of the many reasons I won't take him anywhere else!

I booked a 4-day cruise a few weeks ago and had not been able to find a place for my dog. I had…read morenever left her anywhere overnight before that wasn't with family and I was nervous about it. I happened upon Pet Limo on Groupon, and called Ceci to find out about boarding services for my Nala. Her boarding is very reasonably priced and even though I contacted her by phone, and for more time than the Groupon offered, she honored the Groupon rate. The day before I dropped off Nala, I went by to see where she'd be sleeping and spending her days. I was expecting for her to be kenneled the entire time. I was pleased to see that Ceci has roomy accommodations for the pets she boards, in the AC, and a back yard where she lets them out to play. Nala seemed to enjoy her time with Ceci, she seemed to bond with her over her 4 day stay. When I picked her up, I was very happy to see my dog had been treated with love and care. I would recommend Ceci, in a heartbeat, to any pet owners, and will be using her services again in a few weeks when I move, so Nala had a nice place to stay while my family and I get settled in.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I honestly wish I had read more reviews before trusting Pet Limo with my dog. The team (Vivana, Liz, and everyone involved in my case) kept missing deadlines, not following through on what they promised, and had terrible communication. Because they failed to send the airline confirmation letter on time, my dog missed her flight TWICE. After the first time, I was extremely frustrated but still gave them another chance. I booked another international flight 15 days later so I could personally pick up the last remaining member of my faqmily instead of leaving my dog in a shelter in my hometown. That meant paying for another plane ticket, taking more time off, and going through the whole stressful process all over again. And then... they made the exact same mistake. They sent the confirmation letter less than 24 hours before departure, and the airline refused to accept it because it was too late. This wasn't just an inconvenience. It cost me a lot of money, caused unnecessary stress during my pregnancy, and kept me separated from my dog even longer. I can't believe the same mistake happened twice after I trusted them again. If you're thinking about using Pet Limo, I'd seriously recommend looking for another company if you have the option. My experience was incredibly disappointing.
