The staff at the facility are all very friendly and with Lordes I know my little guy is always in the best hands! It was later in the evening and she had a long day but came out anyways just to share with me about how patient and sweet and loving Hartlee was throughout his appointment and that he gave her gentle kisses the entire time and made her whole day! Just for her to take the time to do that is one of the many reasons I won't take him anywhere else!

Not like the large chains that have impersonal staff, the people working here were genuinely interested in what I was looking for and how they could help me. Even after I completed my purchase, they showed me some free samples that were appropriate for my puppy. I really like this place and although it is not nearby my home it is nearby restaurants that I frequent so I will be stopping in now and then mostly because they make me feel like a valued customer.

When we brought him home, we immediately…read morenoticed a distinct patch of hair loss and skin abrasion on his leg that was not present when we dropped him off. Minor friction rubs can happen in boarding environments, but transparency and attentive supervision are baseline expectations. Staff never mentioned the issue at pickup. When I reached out via email asking if staff had noticed it during his stay and requested care/incident notes, management repeatedly evaded those direct questions. Instead, they sent canned boilerplate text about chronic elbow calluses and deflected responsibility. If a facility cannot tell an owner whether a physical change was documented over a 17-day stay, it signals either inadequate daily supervision or a culture of avoiding open communication out of liability defensiveness. Trust is critical when leaving a pet for an extended period, and the lack of proactive care and accountability here means we will not be returning.

Well, all of my friends frequent the one in Pinecrest I found it. The closest to me was the Mills Drive location. Honestly I was concerned that the reviews were not as good as some of the other locations but after visiting, I can confidently recommend this location as stellar. My sweet Ahsoka was clearly nervous to both be separated from the people. She was familiar with, and also to face a new experience. The staff took the perfect amount of time to put her at ease as they introduced themselves to her and to us. We were quite comfortable, leaving her and this location left us much to do during the time of her appointment about 30 minutes before they were finished. They contacted us to let us know that she would be ready. We returned at the time they said to a puppy that was clean, well groomed, beautiful, and extremely happy. I could not have asked for anything better. Beyond grooming, the location is just exquisite. The variety of items they have for sale and the knowledgeable staff that are so friendly really add to the experience. The variety of items that they offer is extensive and it is prepared in such an elegant manner. it's hard to resist making a purchase. There are luxury items for those special occasions, and every day items that my puppy would love to have immediately. Prices are about where they should be for an establishment that is both upscale and comfortable to shop at. I was impressed and I will be back. Highly recommended.

Very stressful experience…read more My relatives have been planning this international trip with their dog for nearly six months. Unfortunately, communication with PetLimo has been extremely poor throughout the process. They rarely answer phone calls, emails, or text messages, leaving families with little information and a great deal of uncertainty. However, I see they do have time to reply other bad reviews. What is most frustrating is the apparent lack of compassion and consideration for the families involved. This is already a stressful and emotional process, yet my relatives are scheduled to travel within hours and still have not received a required document. At this point, we do not even know whether travel plans will need to be changed at the last minute. The service is also very expensive. Unfortunately, customers often do not have the ability to choose another provider and are effectively required to use PetLimo as part of the process. Perhaps because of this, customer service does not seem to be a priority. We are now facing the possibility of additional travel to Miami, extra costs, and last-minute changes because of the lack of communication. The entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Families deserve timely communication, transparency, and empathy, specially when they are entrusting a beloved pet to the process. Based on our experience, our family would not recommend PetLimo if you have other options available.
