I got tied up at work and wasn't able to make it for the 4 PM pick up when they close... On my way there, I tried calling them and a answering service picked up and then the answering service said nobody was answering the phone at the facility and They left a message. Why pay for an answering service when you are paying staff to be there..24/7 when got there I knocked on the door and a gal behind the desk, ducked down and tried to hide from me....?!!I thought this was very childish and unprofessional.. Why would you pay staff to sit there and not handle a customer concern? I knocked very loudly and aggressively, and she finally came up to the door and would talk to me through the door. I was concerned because I did not leave enough food for him for another day. She refused to give me my dog and threatened to call the cops.. She said I was making her feel unsafe...
