We told him what a great job he had done (everything still wet) and before we arrived home he sent us an invoice with $100.00 up-charge for the interior. Why was this not mentioned when we were there? If we had known we could have decided on whether to have him continue to the exterior or do things that were missed on the interior or maybe even to finish. But the choice would have been ours to make. Very unprofessional. FYI- after the carpets dried all the stains came back!

It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service.
