The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!! Now maybe they're not supposed to be wiping them down at all, but for the past 3 years my husband has had an account and it gets taken out every month and we gave ALWAYS gotten the vehicle wiped down like it was part of the package! The last 3-4 times they have done a very poor job, one time my husband even asked them to dry it better, this time they just dried half the hood, fixed the mirrors back walked to the back of the Tacoma and motioned for us to move on! The paint job was not blended in well. I was not satisfied so it was sent back again. Second time, the paint/clear coat had air pockets. This job was done the cheapest way possible. Third, they are sloppy and messy. My steering wheel has paint stains on it. You can tell the doors were left open because the interior was very dusty/dirty. The bed of the truck has stains on it that will not come off even after power washing. Lastly, it came back with a new scratch.

She refused to provide insurance info and insisted I take it to a local body shop that was unable to repair our truck before we had to leave town. I calmly and clearly explained our situation without any cooperation from her. We ended up having to file a claim with our own insurance, paying our $500 deductible, to get the damage they caused repaired.
