This company was a lifesaver! My husband and I (not spring chickens, 72 & 74 years old) were…read morestranded due to a car problem beyond our control. We were stuck between Globe and Salt River Canyon (pulled over luckily at a large pull-out space.) We had contacted a company that had briefly showed up when we googled Road Services on our phone. They agreed to help us out. We paid with cc# over the phone (silly us, right? What are ya gonna do when you're stranded ?) Of course we never got a receipt and 2 hours later they are a no show. So we contacted Action Towing (Thank goodness, they are a legitimate business!) Bernadette was as kind as can be, and sent her husband John out immediately. He towed car and took us to Globe where we able to get what we needed for the car. Honestly, without their help I think we would still be stranded. SO Thanks a million Action Towing!!!

It was great to be able to have them print from my email on my phone and then come back several times throughout the day as we needed various copies made. The last visit was a huge one. All we know is it was well over 100 pages of documents because that was the threshold for a discount! Each time, they weren't interested in what we were copying or printing. They just provided their services in a very respectful, helpful, and courteous manner! When we ever need any type of service they provide when we are in Globe, we will ALWAYS go to this business for help. Even when they weren't able to provide a notary, they were knowledgeable enough about the community to give us several options and it just so happened one of our stops for the day was one of the options. Thank you so much for your great customer service. It made a very difficult process just that much easier and I would even say pleasant.
