Adrian was prompt on getting me scheduled and flexible when I needed to change the time the night before. Super nice guy. Was able to do things from paint touch up, to plumbing and electrical. He even noticed a weak point in our sinks and showed it to me and we agreed on a course of action to fix it. Up front pricing and easy to communicate with. Will call again if I need anything.

I called Josh at Jonovich Companies from Globe to bring his crew out and address this problem. They brought two trucks, located the sewer pipe going to the road, snaked it, dug down through about 3 feet of dirt and found the clean out access. They brought it up to code, put a nice lid on it and charged me $740 for the travel time and the crew of 4 men for two hours of work. I was blown away. Josh is very capable, competent and extremely honest. He has an excellent crew. They will not waste your time or money.

I have moved 6 times in 5 years. Do you know what that's like? Do you know how much of my poor soul…read moreis left after being torn apart from losing so many cleaning deposits, no matter how many different cleaning companies I've used? I could have put down a payment on the car with how much money I've lost to both the demonic landlords I've had and the numerous cleaning companies who have ALL had to come twice because their work was not satisfactory. R&M literally went above and beyond what they had listed in their services and the scariest thing? I've never entertained the thought of wasting money on monthly house cleanings, at least not while I still have use of all four limbs, but these people may have just been able to change my stingy mind. Our apartment was a mess. The last few months I lived there, the A/C was constantly leaking and the filters weren't working properly - so not only was it raining more indoors than it was out during the AZ monsoon season but there was constantly dust everywhere.Grey clouds and dust bunnies galore. I also have two large dogs who shed like crazy and a boyfriend who was just ... is a man, so make that 3 animals. It was a total nightmare. I ordered R&M through Amazon House Services for a deep cleaning when I was moving out and while there were other companies who had lower prices, their reviews were abysmal and R&M had a 100% rating so I decided to invest in these guys. They came on time and no matter how many questions or mini requests I had - they were up for it. 2 hours later, I wasn't able to come home on time from work to see their work and I was so afraid that I was going to have to go through the process of arguing on the phone with them to come back and do a second cleaning. The moment I walked through those doors though, I felt something I've never felt before ... satisfaction. Now, I don't mean any kind of satisfaction. This is the rare kind. The kind when your mom comes over to your place and can't help but sneer at your personal life decisions, comment on your unproductive hobbies, and ask why you haven't married a doctor yet ... but the apartment? Silence. She can't say a single damn thing about it because for once, it's so clean that she can't pick on anything. THAT kind of satisfaction. It's like gold to my ears and I just want to share that same feeling with everyone else here on Yelp. Hire these people, you won't regret it.
