We had an excellent experience with Clean Sweep Professional Cleaning Service. After having…read moreinterior walls repaired and painted and lots of messy work while replacing windows, we hired Clean Sweep to thoroughly clean our wall-to-wall carpets. The owner returned our inquiry call promptly, listened to what we needed, and gave us a quote over the phone. He was able to schedule us for 3 days later. He arrived on time, set up his equipment, and worked through four rooms and 2 staircases, cleaning each room of carpet thoroughly. He let us know of trouble spots in our carpet, which we knew about, and did the best anyone could do with it. The work he did was very professional, and we're more than satisfied with the outcome. He was pleasant in all our interactions. We're glad we used a local service and would recommend him for any carpet cleaning job.

I hired All Done Cleaning to do a move-out clean for a house in State College. After they left on Day 2, I went back to the house to make sure everything was out, and it looked like they hadn't cleaned anything. There were crumbs on the counters and on the stove, the backsplash of the stove was greasy, no smell of bleach or cleaning supplies at all. We ended up having to pay a cleaning fee to the landlord because they had to bring in another cleaning crew after we moved out. I tried to call/text/email to get an explanation, but nobody responded to anything. They were very quick to respond when booking and before cleaning, but impossible to reach when there was an issue. Do not recommend.

They were quick, professional and reasonable with their prices. We plan to use them anytime our carpets need cleaned.

What if your purse or wallet is locked in the car ? They said they wouldn't unlock anyone who doesn't PAY FIRST despite having the form of payment in the car that they are unlocking, on top of that they make them sign a liability agreement that if they are unable to unlock or they damage your car they are not to be held liable!
