If you want to use a company that:
1) Doesn't care about customer service
2) Charges several thousand dollars to remove trees, but tells you that
leveling the ground is not his job, BUT he will do it
3) Is extremely attentive until he gets your money
4) Is eager to please until he gets your money
5) Doesn't return phone calls (5 to be exact) a month or more after
they have left craters in your yard and you are waiting for the ground
to be leveled
6) Forces you to go to his office to communicate with him and he tells
you that they are too busy to level the ground, but is sitting behind the
desk with his feet propped up
7) Tells you to use your landscaper
8) Breaks 5 of your stepping stones instead of moving them out of the
way
9) Doesn't honor his commitment
10) Forces you to hire someone to bring dirt and level the ground
