I attributed it to being a woman and it just being par for the things we women face. The lower back and pelvic pain became too much to handle. Which led to me making an appointment here through another satisfied client. The office is nice, the ability to listen is refreshing, and just plain getting down to work to fix the problem is unmeasurable! I've had 3 adjustments and 1 muscle treatment, after each visit I can feel a change, my hips are coming into alignment and my lower back and pelvic pain during my cycle are virtually non-existent. Not having that pain literally brought me to tears. I won't stop getting adjusted by Dr. Brittany unless I move or she retires :-) P.S. - Make sure you get the adjustment and muscle treatment package, it's well worth it :-) -Happy Adjusting!

I've been going to Dr. Jones for almost 4 months for neck, shoulder, and back pain. I have an occasional elbow or leg misalignment that he helps me out with as well. I use to go to see a chiropractor in Sugar Land, but it didn't help as much. I decided to give it another shot when I moved to Fort Worth. I was skeptical at first because I didn't feel much relief from my other chiropractor, but after seeing Dr. Jones, I felt the knots disappear and the felt pain relief the same day. What a huge difference it made for me! He placed me on a twice a week regimen, then once a week, then twice a week. Now I see him every 3 - 4 weeks to maintain my alignment so that I won't be in pain in the long-haul. He has also provided me with techniques to improve my posture and to stretch my neck on the job to prevent those knots from coming back so frequently. My husband just started seeing Dr. Jones as well. He has all sorts of back pain, knee pains, elbow, and hand pain. Dr. Jone's was able to provide him much relief. My husband was able to cut back on his anti-inflammatory medications quite a bit. He does take insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance is not the best so the office was able to work out an affordable package for me. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his team.

I've been going to Dr. Jones for several months now, working through the overall bi-products of osteoarthritis. I never realized how much arthritis in my knees from distance running and sports injuries in my youth and throughout the years would affect my entire body at an older age! Well, it did. I discovered it did affect a lot, and adding in the pain factor, I began seeking an idea as to how to handle what I found myself dealing with at an older age. My wife Chris saw an advertisement for Dr. Jones on Facebook one day this past summer and encouraged me to go, at least to "go and try him out". I am so glad I went! He is a great chiropractor, and he has helped me a lot. His office staff is wonderful. The office itself is situated in a very convenient location with easy access from all over Fort Worth (and easy to get to from all the Dallas Arlington Fort Worth metro). His hours have worked well for me, and I would think work probably work well for most folk. He has shown flexibility with scheduling too when I have needed it, and his scheduling time has been very reasonable, exceptional in fact, probably due to the longer hours he is in his office. He is a hard worker. That's for sure! What's best though is the doc himself. He is easy to talk with, easy to work with, and very professional as well as personable. I highly recommend him! This past year I developed lower back pain that seemed to come out of nowhere. He built a specific plan for that as well. Progress was slower than I wanted, and there were times I felt discouraged. At every visit, he asks how I'm feeling and addresses any concerns beyond the regular adjustment. He's qualified, sincere, and genuinely cares. I recommend him without hesitation.

Setting up the appointment was easy, and the front desk staff was polite and professional. The waiting area was clean and nicely put together. However, once I arrived, things went downhill for me. They had me scan a QR code to fill out medical forms on my phone. The process was slow and cumbersome because they didn't offer a Wi-Fi password or provide a tablet/iPad. It felt outdated and frustrating. What really turned me off was the questionnaire. It asked, "What sex were you given at birth?" followed by questions about pronouns. As a patient seeking care from a chiropractor who also offers bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, I was surprised and uncomfortable with this line of questioning. I believe in biological reality (male/female), and this conflicted with my personal and religious beliefs. I didn't feel this was appropriate or medically necessary in this setting. I politely explained to the front desk that I was no longer comfortable proceeding and left. The staff member tried to reassure me that the person who inserts the pellets is an RN, but my main concern was that I had expected to see a PA or medical doctor rather than a chiropractor for this type of treatment. I appreciate the clean facility and friendly staff, but the intake process and overall approach weren't the right fit for me. I was charged $125 for this office visit. That is being addressed.
