Located down a country road in Crystal Maine, tucked back you will find Hatch's Custom Meat Cutting. Not only do they sell meat, but they are a professional meat processing business. Inside the store entrance you will find freezers with meat, and some local products by some locals. I love that he supports locals as well. They process wild game like moose, Beef, Pork, Goat and Lamb. Moose season is a pretty busy season for Hatch's CMC. Meat processing is their number one job here. Selling is just an added bonus. Brady Hatch overseas a lot of what happens here. He has a few great workers who know how to get the job done. They are extremely clean both inside and out. There packaging is high quality, simple and easy to work with and see. It really does seal in the freshness. It is evident that Brady takes pride in his work, and business. We recently purchased some steaks from him when we were vacationing on Pleasant Pond. My husband raved about how good the cut of meat was. He said it was one the best steaks he had in a while. Maybe another reason for us to move to the area.. haha good meat. We ran into one of his employees and Brady while we were there and both were very friendly. They even provided some tips for the local area. We did ask Brady if he plans to ship meat. He said that is something on his mind. We will keep our fingers crossed.
