Yesterday our furnace stopped working. Intermountain was able to get someone out in less than four hours. Matt quickly found the problem (a faulty igniter) and explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He was very courteous and professional. Two hours later we had heat. What's more, the cost seemed reasonable. I can't say enough good about my experience with Intermountain.
