What a wonderful dispensary! They were having 2 Incredible edibles for $40 which is a steal, so I had to get it. It was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise that everyone and everything here were great! I was warmly greeted and got my ID checked when I entered by a super nice employee. She complimented my wallet and was overall just very approachable. When I got cleared and entered the dispensary, I was kinda blown away. This dispensary is spacious, modern, clean, and has a green & gray theme going on which I love. I was the only one there but around 3-4 people staggered in when I was almost done with my order/transaction (I pre-bought online like usual). The employee who was helping me, Joe, was the best! So friendly, helpful, and genuine. They had great music playing, too, which was his playlist! I signed up for the rewards loyalty program while I was there because I'll definitely be back. The whole process of ordering online & picking up my order here was seamless and easy. Classy place to get your "back pain medication." Compared to the two legal dispensaries I've been to in California, and the other two places I've been to in Illinois, this one is the nicest all around. Security here is polite and low key, the staff selling is the right combination of polite and competent, they seem to follow all the rules. Prices are the same at all dispensaries as far as I can tell, so I think it's important to note that this one has a sophisticated and elegant decor. Ganja, which by the way is from Sanskrit revealing this is NOT a White or European invention, isn't cheap so why not buy from a place that treats customers as if we are spending a lot of money? The ambiance here is not unlike a good wine shop, and I hope one day they will be able to combine the two here. read more

Everyone there is very chill and helpful. It is much easier to order online in advance. Cannot wait for Illinois to catch up to California and have home delivery. You would think they would want to keep the stoners off the road at the very least. Also can't wait for them to catch up to Cali in pricing. Their pricing is good for Illinois, but you can get all of this for pretty much AT LEAST HALF the cost in California. read more

WILL SCAM YOU COMPLETELY I ordered a Rythm cart from the website and they sent me home with a "shine" brand cart. Complete bullshit. Fuck this place. Edit: upon further review, they sold me a completely different style cart too. I ordered full spectrum and this is not even full spectrum. When I called to complain the "manager" (who by the way, did check me out because her name is on the receipt) told me she didn't tell me that she was giving me a different cart because she didn't check me out. She also condescendingly called me "sweetheart" and told me that the cart I got was the correct one. I can't see how ordering a FULL SPECTRUM rythm cart ends in me getting a distillate "&shine" cart, which sells for cheaper. These people are scammers. I will never go back, and neither will any of my family or friends. I am also filing a report with the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Have fun hearing from them. read more

Great friendly staff, very organized and efficient. Love that they have options not just for flower etc but I love that they have glass and pipe options for everything from basic low price point to a bit fancier mid tier price range to ur more well known fancy brand names. Although there are closer dispensaries to my house I go out of my way to this one. They also are right by a target so two birds one stone(r)! Haha! read more

Easy 5 stars here. First of all a great setup inside. Very clean. Big screens, tablets, really nice display cases for the ancillary stuff. They have plenty of cashiers to keep things moving. It's a very efficient process and makes life very easy. The cashiers themselves are super knowledgeable and have provided some excellent recommendations. Brands and strains I hadn't thought about. I appreciate their expertise with this stuff. They have a ton of variety and all kinds of non-flower products but i prefer flower so I'll speak on that. They carry multiple very great brands and I highly recommend trying a couple brands your first time here as they have their own unique strains and all hit differently. Prices are beyond fair. They do have good deals every week that pop up. Overall very good products and I highly recommend it. To be honest I prefer over a couple of other local dispensaries read more

Like most everyone said, it's an "easy 5 stars." Coming from Milwaukee, I was hesitant and uneasy at first...I had been trying Delta-8 (the legal variant, more chemically derived IMO) and had a bad experience with that from purchasing online and in Wisconsin. Upon entering, the two men encouraged me to not be nervous, one of which was security. Once I got in, the space was very bright and clean looking. The security guard pointed to an electronic rolling wall of their offerings. I was immediately overwhelmed by that, but luckily there was a smiling "bud tender" right by my side, willing to assist me with my purchases. I told him what I was/wasn't looking for and he used his tablet to make a cart of potential finds. Meanwhile, I was getting cash out of the ATM; it is a cash only shop. I was told you can take a total of $500 out and the fee was only $3. My budtender listened to what I liked and made our way to the cash register shortly after. I felt like I was in good hands from beginning to end, even through my uncertainties. read more

My girlfriend and I went to visit for our first time a few months ago. The atmosphere in Hatch is quite different from most other dispensaries. Often - you're walking into a large room that feels like a mix between an Apple store and a DMV. Not the warmest feeling. However - at Hatch, it feels cozy and earthy. The decor is welcoming and comfortable and the display cases of products are beautiful. Now the real reason I came to Yelp -- when we were finally ready to talk to someone, we were greeted by a gentleman named Song. He had such a great attitude and was so knowledgeable about the inventory. Song spent more time with us and provided us with more information than you'd get paying for a one on one tutor. We were so appreciative especially as the choices and selections can be overwhelming and it's hard to know where to start. We've back back to see him several times, and every trip there has been phenomenal. We had a chance to chat with some other staff as well, and they were all equally as warm and friendly.
