There seems to be many Coronary patients there, many of who I have gotten to know. However, much of the equipment is in need of replacement. The machines are just plain worn out. The pickle ball contingent are taking over the courts and it annoys me. Great professional and knowledgeable staff. Never too crowded except for Saturdays when all the wannabe bodybuilders infiltrate. Don't understand why so many naked seniors hanging out in the locker rooms for hours. They seem to be mostly retirees with no other socialization outlets. Too many of them using cellphones in the locker room. Cell phones are banned from locker rooms but these older gents don't seem to think they apply.

It was nice when they tried to introduce pickleball but they have not done it consistently and do not have a guaranteed way of reserving a court. I have shown up during open pickleball hours only to be turned away because of private lessons when there was open space on the court

They need to also work on there water heater, shouldn't have to wait 10 min for the water to get just a little warm. It's always freezing cold when showering. I have always struggled with social anxiety so on my first day I was a very composed nervous wreck lol Easy to say, my nerves were eased very quickly. The coaches are wonderful! The environment is super comfortable and the workouts are killer (in the best way)! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down the most frustrating,…read moredisorganized, and frankly scummy gym I've ever dealt with. I got into a car accident that left me completely unable to continue commuting to this gym, which is over an hour away from where I live. For months, I was actually making that commute, but after the accident and the resulting financial strain, it was simply impossible. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the gym to cancel my membership. They demand all sorts of proof, which I provided: photos of my wrecked car, detailed explanations of my situation, the fact that I'm now financially struggling and can't afford the ridiculous commute or fees. And you know what they did? They gave me the runaround every single time. They kept giving me the wrong email to contact, probably just to wear me down. I called them multiple times. I even went in person, and every single time they'd just shrug me off with a fake contact. Finally, I found the correct email on their website. I emailed them with all my documentation, and guess what? I got an autoreply saying they'd respond in three business days. It's been four days and still nothing. Radio silence. We even tried messaging them on their website, on Instagram DMs, and still absolutely no real response. They just don't care. The customer service is basically nonexistent and when they do respond, they just want to keep charging you. They never actually help. The gym is run down, the staff couldn't care less about members, and if you try to leave, they'll just threaten you with debt collectors rather than have any human decency. Avoid this place like the plague. It's not worth your sanity or your money.
