Staff at the front desk were fun and the guest sign in process was easy, though not accurate. It said I would have to download their app (which I didn't want to do) but in the end I just had to completed a simple web form and my friend scanned a code and we were off to the races (well, okay, the locker room). There were a wide variety of machines to choose from and I appreciated that sanitizing stations were never more than a few steps away. The lockers are bare-bones and require a lock (guess the built in locks are for fancier gyms), though most of them are really quite small and would be difficult to stuff a duffel bag AND a winter coat inside, what do they think this is, California? I also didn't love the guy using the speakerphone feature of his cell the entire time he was changing and dropping a deuce, would have appreciated staff coming to ask him not to do that, but overall everyone I encountered was nice and the signs of "no judgments" and general support were great to see!

I'm brand new, on the family plan with my best friend, and I have got to go more often. One of my arms is smaller than the other in tone and muscle so I need to deal with that over time. I went in without goals because it was a big surprise. I take most of my exercise outdoors so I need to build my own incentive to head to the gym. One of those incentives is definitely auto pay! And complimentary coffee. And a really nice locker room. I am one of those women who loves watching her man lift, but I need to train beside him and support him in his strength building.

Absolute waste of time to visit this location.

I enjoyed the training and wanted to continue. In the first 30-days folllowing they debited my bank account 9 TIMES totaling $486.00 billing me $136.00 per WEEK. The 6-week challenge was to include group training, body scans, nutrition/dietary guidelines, meal plans, and on-gonig support and accountability. I received nothing other than group training, Facebook group invite, and a drained bank account. When disputing my contract with the owner I was told via text message "Honestly, I don't remember, [the manager] did not explain things very well intentionally so he could make more commission". All this and he is still pursuing me for the cost of an annual membership. PLEASE, PLEASE don't sign a contract with this gym.

She helped put together a plan and introduced me to her trainer Marty and her Registered Dietitian Melissa. For the first time everything clicked! They did not make me feel like I had to drop and give them 20 push ups. They created fun exercises for me to follow that I actually enjoyed! Melissa the RD was amazing. She listened to me as well and helped me create a menu plan that I could follow on my busy schedule.
